Best hotel! The service was supreme, especially from Jarneya and Meeka!!! Kind, friendly, accommodating and helpful!!! The hotel is clean, excellent location, breathtaking views of the harbor! I can't say enough about this hotel and the excellent staff. I'll definitely be coming back and encouraging others as well!! 5 star review for sure!!! 🤩
Parking is horrible!!!! They do not reserve enough spaces for guests, even timeshare owners! It was never like that before, very frustrating
I loved this place! The location is amazing and the price is excellent. Sean at the reception was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local food spots. I ran into a problem with the internet connection, which was a big issue because I had a few important work meetings. It could have ruined my whole vacation — but thankfully, Sean was super helpful and understanding. He quickly connected me with management and made sure the issue was resolved.
