Incredible location, when you walk in the lobby it has a wow factor, When you open the door to your room that wow is gone, an you ask yourself, do I really want to sleep here? Beds are very uncomfortable the hotel is very old an not well maintained. The breakfast selection is the smallest I've ever seen for a hot breakfast. Don't get a coke at the counter, $5 or $3.50 for a candy bar. If this location wasn't so close to the stadium it wouldn't make it. We had 2 rooms an both were equally disappointing.

I hate the location at Wyndham Houston at Reliant Park & Medical Center. The best thing about it is the walking distance location to the stadium. This location is a time warp from the 70s - old, musty, dark, low popcorn ceilings, paint splatter on the wall, mold on the windows, etc. I am 5’3” and could touch the ceiling! It’s awful. This location needs a complete overhaul from scratch!

the receptionist was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She was speaking to someone using profanity. The employee's name was Vanessa.

Hidden fees that were not disclosed, $40 parking and the lot sells parking to events. The room was musty and the a did not work well. We will never go back. Save you time and book elsewhere.
