The rooms and amenities are very comfortable and have been updated. The location is great and in close proximity to the freeway and local attractions, but the homeless were a bit out of hand during the weekend of our stay. Speed of retrieving your vehicle from valet has improved although some of their attitudes haven't.
Pleasant 3 night stay. Only complaint was the low water pressure on 7th floor.

The location was perfect, and the staff, oh the staff was so beautifully friendly, anticipatory, and pleasant. From the front desk staff always smiling and welcoming us to the security and bellhop out front, they always considered us and were so helpful. Also, Cassidy and Donald set us up for success with all the best spots and even helped us out externally when they weren’t on the clock. They are so caring, and Lucie and I are very much grateful.
