I would have given a rating of 5 stars except for Zachery the rude valet. The other valets were very nice. Donald the connoisseur was great.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience as a WorldMark by Wyndham owner. This company actively advertises that they offer a “responsible exit” or surrender program for owners who no longer wish to use their timeshare. However, when I reached out to initiate this option, I was told they are not currently accepting surrenders—despite continuing to promote the program publicly. Super clean and great staff! Too bad it’s near the heart of bum land.
Had a tent set up at the Del Mar Fair where I spun a wheel and ‘won’ and all inclusive stay. Spoke to the guy for about 30 minutes, paid a deposit, gave him all my info, and then drove an hour to the ‘required presentation’ to ‘receive my gifts’ where I learned that he scheduled me for the wrong time. He apologized and I rescheduled for the Fourth of July . I got a text from the GM the night before going over terms and conditions where I was required to give them my credit card info.
