Grat place our go to in Orlando. Just avoid the sales staff. lies lies lies. Aggressive. Have 911 ready on your phone.
TIMESHARE COMMUNITY. The hotel is just one of eight other large buildings surrounding the lake and sharing all the amenities. These other buildings are all Wyndham timeshares. So they are loaded with families with little kids. Both days of our week-long stay in FEB when we tried to use our own pool or any of the other pools in the shared property we could not find a lounger. This is partly due to the Grand itself. Our go to place each and every time we visit Orlando. So many pool options, rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very attentive. Super close to Disney and parks
Natalie that works behind the bar and at breakfast gave amazing service!! Rooms were super clean, I’m happy I booked this place after problems with spirit.
