Couldn’t justify the price we paid. Room was nice. Checkin staff was friendly. But pools were so small. Lazy river smelled like urine. We ate at the pool restaurant and had horrible service — there were only 3 other tables eating?
Been coming here for the last ten or so years. This place has gone through the ebs and flows over that span. We are owners. The sales people vary- some pushier than others but at the end of the day that's their jobs- to annoy the heck out the owners. (I dont knock them for that) The property- has had some upgrades. We mainly stay in Tower 6 (80% of our visits) but we have experienced the other towers a couple of times. Rooms are "meh" nothing special; nothing wrong- just okay.
