Overall, I give this resort 5 stars. There's so much to do here you won't even want to leave the resort to go to the parks. It was clean, modern, and updated. I can't wait to stay here again.
Location is great if visiting parks etc
Our favourite hotel!! The rooms are very clean! The pools are amazing! They make a foam party now and then! There is even a lazy river! They also make dance parties on the pool with the pizza bar. The bar in the hotel is perfect for a good drink and the hotel staff is really capable and taking a good care of their guests! The prices are well managed and it is really close to all the parks!!
They were quick to charge my card but don’t want to refund my money. There towel machine charge my card and they want refund my money. My husband and I are owners. Luis and Martin wasn’t any help. Just was going in circles. Talking bout sending to there account. Let your account know you won’t get know payment next month.
Took time out of our vacation to tell us we won a free vacation showed up on time for the tour. The rep was over 20 minites late and then made us wait an hour for a refund because we couldn't give them 2 hours for a tour when the airline changed our flight. Out of our control. Thanks for being accomodating..not..
