One of the best hotels I’ve been to
I absolutely love this hotel. This is our fourth year in a row coming to Disney World and we stay at this hotel every time because we love it so much. The room layout, the restaurants, we love everything about it. However, the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because my husband and I went to the BAR tonight and could not hear ourselves over the screaming of toddlers and babies. Great staff. Just had a little issue accessing the parking garage. and they solved it immediately and offered free parking for my stay. This is how the good hotel management satisfy their guests.
Amazing service. Great restaurants. Easy parking and valets. Rooms are super clean and comfy. Love it
