Amazing off park spot with pools and restaurants available across the entire property. Great grab and go options for an early attempt at rope drop - standing in line and eating a quick bite from the Wyndham worked awesome. Huge room for a family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenagers- came with two queens and two bunks. Plenty of room the spread out and relax after a long day at DHS (which is minutes away).
The hotel is a bit overpriced considering its location it’s quite far from the city and there aren’t many restaurants or shops nearby. Some basic amenities like a toothbrush, slippers, and a kettle were missing from the room, which would have made the stay more comfortable. On the positive side, the shuttle service to Disney World and the on-site Starbucks were very convenient. I’d also recommend adding some breakfast sandwiches to the menu for more variety.
Well, after an 8 hour drive down, we finally located the hotel/resort. We did arrive slightly early, so I came in and asked if early check in was possible. The gentleman pre checked us in and said give him an hour, and he’d have a room ready for us. 3 hours later, we finally got in a room, and it was downhill from there. Our room had beg bugs , I was constantly itchy , I had to get allergy medication not to mention the piss smelling hallways, my whole family got bed bugs , especially in the kids room bunk beds bed bugs
