Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful, from the front desk staff to Trevor in valet, and made it a truly enjoyable experience!
Beautiful hotel with lovely decor. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the valet parking staff to the pool attendants. The breakfast staff were also very kind. The rooms were very clean and lovely. On weekends, the property gets quite crowded, and I'd prefer if the pool music weren't so loud. When it's this crowded, it's hard to fully enjoy the beach, even with the hotel's beach loungers reserved. Overall, a great stay at Clearwater.
We had a fabulous time. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, the facilities clean and beautifully decorated and the location couldn't be beat.
Have stayed here many times but it’s completely gone down hill! I cannot recommend it anymore! Very unorganized check in, only 1 kitchen staff working on the weekend - we were told 1 hour for a kids hotdog! Find another hotel and you will thank me.
Amazing hotel, amazing staff. A wonderful experience overall!
