I had an issue with my room and was contacted by a representative a couple weeks later. They made things right and I was happy with the outcome.
nice hotel, perfect location next to pier 60.
Fabulous stay all around. Audra was amazing at check-in and surprised us with a room way earlier than we expected. Our room was in the center of the 4th floor of the central section so our view was of the beautiful pool and the ocean beyond. There are no rooms above it and the spa etc is below it so noise was never an issue (even the pool noise outside was easily blocked out by the thick hurricane slider door. The rooms are fantastic and have a beautiful view! However, the unprofessionalism and aggressive sales tactics by Kate at the front desk seemed to be ruining more than just my vacation. She was extremely arrogant and lacked basic customer service skills as evidenced by her rude comments and behavior towards a Presidential Reserve owner. I strive to leave positive reviews for businesses when they go above and beyond and have not left a negative review ever.
