I was worried because of all the bad reviews of this hotel, however, I had already booked my family vacation. We met only nice people at this hotel and our room was very clean. All our vacation was a blast and the hotel was in a great location for us. I will admit that there was no way to walk to Water Country USA from the hotel (unlike what the hotel had said). Money and credit cards were stolen out of my wallet from my locked room while my family and I were at Water Country. I reported to the police and the officer told me they have a lot of theft problems there. STAY AWAY!!
