this place is totally deceptive from the pictures. the bathrooms are disgusting, there was a 2 by 4 holding up the sink in our room. false advertising 100%
Horrible hotel! No shower curtain, stained towels, dirty room. Elevators out of order. You have to enter from a broken door to a dirty starwell. No breakfast when it was supposed to be served.
The bed part of the room is really nice. The bathroom was recently worked on but not done well. There is mold in the caulking and dirt at the edge of the tub at the floor. The wall covering has big bubbles in it.
Hotel does not deserve a star. The front staff tried to help everyone on a very busy Moms weekend for the canpus. I feel bad for the front office staff, trying to accommodate and make things right but it was beyond their control. This is not their fault. This is all Wyndham, they need to do better. No working elevators, pool and restaurant closed. Was booked for 5th floor and was told had to go outside to access stairs to climb 5 flights to room.
