Hotels was nice. But if you live in the area. You have to pay for a deposit which makes zero sense. This isn't posted anywhere until you go to check in. Which at that point you can't cancel without paying for the room. Avoid this place.
I happen to stay in this hotel due to flight cancellation. Lufthansa booked me in this hotel. In the voucher they clearly specified that Voucher is including dinner, but hotel refused to offer us the dinner. I am not sure the hotel is cheating customer or Lufthansa is cheating on customer, none of the passanger had engery to find out. We end paying the dinner.
Not a regular shuttle bus.even i make a call, it never shows up.
