Perfect location. Very modern and clean hotel with excellent service and very clean rooms. Great value for money.
I am a regular customer, I have stayed several times at this hotel but today I had a very bad experience with a lady at the front desk named AJ, very bad treatment and little collaboration, the world is digital, I have my DIGITAL credit card and their policy is to have the physical card (it doesn't say it anywhere) once before a person understood and there was no problem, but I felt her bad treatment was even a little racist for being Latino from the beginning.
