Avoid at all cost. I was stuck for the night at EWR by United but they issued me a voucher for this hotel. I got to the hotel shuttle area at 9:15pm. Directions from United was that the shuttle ran every hour. I went to the shuttle area and waited there for about 15 mins. I didn’t see a shuttle, so I called the hotel to see if the shuttle ran on the hour or just after someone called. Nice hotel clean and service was great
Exemplifies the Jersey experience. Staff was rude, troubled to stop talking to each other long enough to do their jobs, staff''s children running wild through the restaurant, where breakfast was cold, perhaps from yesterday. Room coffee maker didn't work, the bathroom sink was anemic, and the soap dispenser landed on my foot upon contact. You have to put some effort into being this bad.
