Was easy to find, well presented. Small details...single ply TP, room may have been remodeled recently but hurriedly, no mini fridge, breakfast is much more minimal than indicated on website and hospitality staff of one on a weekend morning is not enough. She tried. Walls are thin, running water from upstairs room was loud enough to wake me at 6:20. Conversations in the hall were audible to the point I could have joined in. This hotel is newly renovated so everything is new. Pool is a nice addition but the continental breakfast is so so. I will stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel for several nights, and the experience was disappointing. The Wi-Fi never worked throughout our stay, and no one made any effort to fix it. Housekeeping rarely came—despite being told rooms are cleaned every three days to “save water,” they barely showed up once a week. Even after repeatedly requesting cleaning at reception, no one came. The housekeeping staff seemed kind but spoke a language we couldn’t understand, which made communication difficult. Overall, very poor service and not worth the stay.
Very friendly and supportive staff. Room was clean and well stocked. Would be nice to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast was decent, but could use a bigger selection.
