I loved it here. The rooms were very clean. You get to do your laundry and go to their gym. I loved that they had a lot of options for breakfast and how it was different everyday. Will go here again!!
First room the toilet was broken. Second night in new room, our upstairs neighbors were loud till midnight… and I complained and nothing ever happened. I was told “oh, well, it’s a kid.”
Great place to stay.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel is nothing like the photos. When I arrived, I found that the room had no refrigerator — which I urgently need as I’m a breastfeeding mom and have to store my milk. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, there’s no luggage rack, and even basic amenities you’d expect from a motel are missing. The agent I spoke with earlier contacted the hotel, and they promised to fix everything before my arrival, but when I got here, there was no one at the front desk and nothing was resolved.
