This hotel is disgusting. I’ve never know a Best Western to be this bad. The front desk said that because I’m a Best Western member I get One free bottle of water - with emphasis on the ONE The elevator floor is damage is significant enough that the door struggles to close. I pulled back the sheets to look at the mattress and it had large yellow stains! It smells and I’m afraid to open my bags. I’m incredibly disappointed.
NO HOT WATER! TOOK A SHOWER WITH COLD WATER.
Rooms could use a little work, service is outstanding and location is good. Although I haven't completed my stay I feel the Staff is doing everything they can to give the best service possible. That, in itself, is very much appreciated.
No iron in the room. The ironing board had no cover on it and the tv remote didn't work. I asked for a iron twice and never received it. And I had to ask for towels.
