Tuve una grata experiencia, el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, junto al Mall La Plaza, a menos de 10 minutos de todos los lugares que quería visitar. Las instalaciones muy limpias y comodas, nos incluyeron desayunos también con muy buena calidad, los horarios fueron respetados y en gerenal cumplieron con el estandar ofrecido, sobre la piscina, también es un lugar agradable, mitad techada y mitad al aire libre, entiendo que en días pasados hubieron lluvias así que el agua estaba turbia y el hidromasaje exterior tenía un ... read more

The staff at this hotel were great — friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. What really surprised me was the breakfast. At most Wyndham Garden hotels, breakfast is usually pretty basic: eggs, bread, and a few simple options. This location offered much more variety and a better overall breakfast experience than I expected. Great service and a pleasant stay.

This is 100% a great place to stay, we did have a minor issue with the room but was addressed promptly by the front desk employee. He did have to switch us rooms unfortunately, but he was extremely helpful. We did love the deluxe king room, but were given an upgrade to a suite, or so the staff told me, I assume due to occupancy, I prefered the deluxe room, but both were spacious enough.
