Left my phone in room. Called a few hours after checking out. They were rude and said not the next day. They immediately took my credit card number. After it didn't arrive in a week I called again. Never allowed to speak to manager. Lied first about housekeeping mailing it and then maintenance man wasn't in all week, so he couldn't mail it. No maintenance man for 4 days. I was also told no one ever left a phone there. They finally mailed it a week later. Charged $30.
