The rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The shower floor was slippery so we had to use a towel to step on while showering. The hotel was quiet and offered a hot breakfast. I would stay here again in the future if we are in the area.
Rooms are great. Very clean and relaxing. Shower felt a little narrow, but the pressure was nice. Internet reset everyday, but it was stable. The only thing that was very disappointing was the breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, pancake maker, the typical spread of bread and cereal. I initially came because I thought there would be eggs and sausage, nope. The juice was not watered down, so that was nice. Stayed for FIVE nights during for the Louder Than Life Festival. By the third night house keeping had not been by a single time. The do not disturb sign was NOT on our door. Saturday morning around 10am I requested at least some towels and informed the receptionist that housekeeping had not been by. She said they would come by with towels and dismissed me. I stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Louisville, Kentucky, and overall it was a solid experience. The location is very convenient—walking distance to convenience stores, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants. When I arrived around 5 AM, the lobby was empty for a bit, so I had to wait until someone came to assist me. Unfortunately, all the rooms were booked at that moment, so check-in was delayed.
