Rooms have bugs. Reception area has beautiful renovation but smells like it is 100years old musty church. NOISE from the highways. Rooms were only vacuumed ONCE in one week. Dusty rooms. Breakfast was ok but was the EXACT same things EVERYDAY. Filthy Coffee maker Moldy disgusting fridge - it was cleaned when I complained- I am greatful to the person that cleaned it - thank you
Rooms needed swept because we had to keep brushing off the kid's feet since she was running barefoot in the room, other than that they were good. Beds, linens, pillows all fantastic and so, so comfortable! Every personnel we encountered was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room rate serving 630-930. We arrived a few minutes before 9 and hostess was prompt and pleasant. Got buffet as it was ready to go through line. Food was okay, not particularly tasty or hot,, but okay.
