The hotel is very well located, and the staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special. In particular, I want to recognize Camilo, Johan, and Shelton for their outstanding service. They made our valet parking experience seamless and our overall stay truly feel like a 5-star experience.
Great rooms, fantastic location to Disney Spriings and the parks. Two things made this less than ideal - 1. The water in the room never got hot. It was always almost warm. If you want a hot shower after a long day in the parks, that wasn't happening. 2. There was a woman at the timeshare desk who was super rude! On December 28th, I started talking to a wonderful gentleman, then his female associate barges into the conversation asking if we were from Brazil. How you get Brazil from Cincinnati is beyond me...
