The woman downstairs Glen running concierge is absolutely RUDE and disrespectful. I went downstairs to ask her if there was any utensils that I could use so my boyfriend and I could eat our dinner. Not thinking it would be such a big deal considering the hotel offers complimentary breakfast, when I asked her she first responded saying she “didn’t have any utensils” to which I responded “then what our the guests using to eat breakfast or any of the food that the hotel offers?” She then pulled a spoon out of the drawer in fron... read more

There is so much I could say. I have visited this property multiple times as my company constantly books here against my wishes due to proximity… Below I will list a few points. - Housekeeping; non existent unless you request it, unheard of in all of the years I have stayed at hotels for both work and leisure. - Pool & Hot tub both inoperable during my multiple stays here. - Towels must be requested, again - unheard of. when you do request towels they will tell you they do not have any towels available. - “Security”; the sec... read more

Las habitaciones bien limpias, con olor agradable. Todo organizado. Buena ubicación. Piscina, gym y bar. El único detalle negativo en mi caso, la bañadera estaba algo tupida y no se iba el agua miy bien al bañarnos. Por todo lo demás, excelente. Buen lugar para descansar, muy limpio, y la cama bien cómoda. Nos gustó.
