This is one of the nicest places my husband and I have stayed in. The room was very clean, staff very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we asked to stay one more day. The breakfast was good and plenty. Definitely recommend staying here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the absolute worst customer service we have dealt with it. The front desk agent hung up with you and yelled at my employees in the lobby. No matter how many times we have called to discuss late check out, they continue to tell us there is a fee even after the general manager confirmed we would receive it. I will absolutely never travel here for work again. I am embarrassed that my employees stayed here. I cannot believe the agent yelled in front of other guests. The communication is ... read more

We stayed here for five nights and it was a terrible experience. The room smelled musty, and both the toilet and bathtub leaked all night long, leaving the floor wet. There was barely any toilet paper (we ran out) and only one rough, old towel for two people. My wife had to go to the front desk to get more because no one brings supplies to rooms. Okay I really don't usually give 5 stars because there always room for improvement but that would be nit picking. Clean property..clean room..excellent front desk service..beds awesomely comfortable..one of the best continental breakfast buffet I've ever had..compliments to cook who did biscuits and gravy.. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance but really no other stores.. Would stay again if in area.
