My husband and I spent our 26th anniversary here. We ordered food from Manatee’s bar 4 nights in a row. The food was decent; however, we wanted something different on our last night. We walked down the street to a pizza establishment which was closed early when we got there (which was recommended by the bartender at Manatee’s). The location and rooms are nice. Appears to be clean but when the lights goes off and comes on there goes the roaches. Not 1 or 2 several coming out ,even baseboards. Needs attention immediately. They gave Us another room but it was just frustrating moving from 6th to 2nd floor just to move again the next morning to another building to get the room what we paid for. Guy was nice at checkin, price was good for the beach. There is no added security to access the hotel. Doors were propped open. The safety lock on our door, was broken. Beds were fine, AC was loud, but worked well. There was no shower liner, even with the cloth curtain, we had water all over the floor, going out into the main area. That explains the rust on the door jam.
