Very clean rooms just steps away from the ocean. Great outdoor pool and very well maintained. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
I can’t say enough good things about our stay! I booked this room last minute through a third party as a non refundable rental. After booking it I read some of the recent reviews and I was absolutely freaking out! I called trying to cancel but it was too late I was stuck with this room. And I am so glad I was!! Bldg C downstairs, internet (Wi-Fi) and phone service almost non-existence. The TV buffers a lot. Phone service 1 bar. Most hotels say "free Wi-Fi" but if its only available at times, what good is it? They did provide extra towels, parking is fine, on the beach is perfect for location. The coffee in the lobby is not impressive, upgraded coffee bar would be nice. We brought our own Kureg pods but no Kureg in the room, another down side. Location makes it worth the price $, after that...well....
Nice view but horrible customer service and to top it off the day after leaving they charge us with a smoking charge for 250 dollars and we don’t smoke! Started off good but they will take advantage of your wallet so be extremely carful what your signing and paying
