I reserved a king suite with a Gulf view showed I up and they were overbooked because of quote third party sites. Elevator was down the whole time in another building and we never received a phone call to change rooms. We wanted a king suite we got forced to do a full suite with a dune view the dune was in our view of the Gulf, so the wife and I had to sleep in a very tight quarters.

AC was broke. That’s the only thing they fixed. TV was broke. I reported it four days in a row and was assured it would get looked at. It never did. Elevator was broke. I got my steps in to my sixth floor room. What a failure. I know it’s Florida, but cockroaches should never be in a hotel room. I saw bugs every day. Staff was less than helpful is an understatement. Never again.

First room had roaches. The staff moved us to the second room that also had them. Beds were covered and sand. Rooms were dirty as well.

This our fourth time in this hotel and it’s the last time. They said they upgraded all the rooms but from our experience this time everything is broken in our room Hot water leak in the bathroom and slippery floors, cockroaches, mold everywhere, broken elevator, It was good before they “ upgraded “ the rooms. The only nice people we’ve seen is the house keeping really. We won’t be coming back here. It’s very disappointing. Bad customer service at front desk.
