I made the reservation based upon proximity to the airport and price. While the price was comparable with all the other hotels in this area they advertised shuttle service to the airport. When I checked in the agent said that’s an error and they don’t offer shuttle service to the airport. Now I’m stuck having to pay $30.00 for a uber when I could have stayed at any of the other hotels that actually provide shuttle services to and from the airport!!!!! Bad business practices
Excellent host Jessica. A brilliant person who helped me with such a tough situation related to currency. She handled it very carefully and gave the best solution. Appreciate her efforts and hardwork.
Bad service is not people working this place. Management and owner try to cut expenses to make guests unpleasant. Front people are nice friendly and housekeepers they are nice. But if you stay multiple days no cleaning if you not ask. No new towels and even garbage not pickup. That’s why I gave dis 2 stars. People work there they do what they a told.
