Havent had an issue until it was time to extend my stay for another week. I looked over the fact that house keeping had yet to come to my room the entire stay. How is it that I booked a non smoking hotel and yet it smells like weed and cigarettes all throughout the day. When asked what to do with the smell the manager of the hotel told me to put a towel under the door. I give them zero stars if I could. I booked this hotel on priceline.com. I wish I had went on the business website and read the reviews myself. Anyhow I checked in to the hotel and the room was filthy, had an odor, stains on the sheets, hair on sheets in both beds, and old food still in the fridge from previous guest. I called down to the front desk and the guy said there was nothing he could do not even move us to another room not change the sheets NOTHING.
