All of the staff that I interacted with were super pleasant. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I stayed in a King bed room and it was very spacious, with a decenly comfortable bed. Not all rooms have a fridge, the ceilings were a bit low - common cost savings trick in commercial buildings. The room was clean; the only reason I'm not giving the room itself a full 5 stars is that it had a slight smell. The bathroom was clean and the water nice and hot.
The room was so hot—A/C barely working , no help from the staff either at the desk or customer service, water in the bathroom was rusty brown, TV also had issues. Got a text from the hotel if I needed anything upon arrival so I responded back with all these issues and never heard anything from the hotel! One of the elevators didn’t work. Overall very bad experience from Wyndham corporate customer service and the actual staff at the hotel! The beds were the only bright spot. Avoid this hotel!
