There customer service very bad. First they took forever to check us in and thn we went out and came back and couldn’t open the room thn I went to the front desk and they said sorry we checked u out by mistake like seriously who check out after 2 hours And closing to our check out time house keeping came and said we have to clean I have to go home in half hour.and front desk kept calling our room it’s not like we stayed past our time. Stayed few nights here. Good stuff: Rooms are clean but small. Front desk staff are courteous Location is just ok Gym is ok Elevator are efficient Not good: Morning breakfast

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely cannot recommend staying at the Wyndham Chinatown. The one bright spot during my stay was Zhane, the overnight employee, who was an absolute gem. She was consistently kind, professional, and helpful despite the many issues I encountered. Unfortunately, everything else about this hotel was disappointing.
