This Wyndham location was perfect in location to the CLT airport. The airport shuttle is available, which is a plus. The hotel is older and needs updating, but the room was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.
Service was poor, hallway carpet dirty, elevator in a deplorable condition, face basin and bathtub not functioning properly, water not draining from tub.
This hotel needs a huge upgrade. The toilets runs non stop, AC need to be changed. the door peep hole is broken and they have to use tissue paper to block it, the paints are peeling , the manager is unreachable even though she's right there in the office... I can just go on and on . Avoid falling into the trap of booking from pictures you see online. Just avoid this property
