HORRIBLE HOTEL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.PAID FOR EARLY CHECK IN THAT DOES NOT EXIST! KEYS TO YOUR ROOM DONT WORK AND NO ONE IS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK! ITCHY SHEETS,DIRTY SHOWER & WASH CLOTHS. CAME FOR DAUGHTERS CHEER COMPETITION AND WISH I NEVER STAYED HERE. NEVER AGAIN
Noisy. Doors slamming and sounded like someone was running back and forth upstairs several times in the night. My floor in the bathroom had hair and a French fry on it. Shuttle wasn't running after I booked.
Customer service rep was polite, kind, and helpful. Was greeted upon entering, the check in process was speedy, and hassle free.
