Unbelievable. No working water in the hotel could not take showers, etc. mentioned to the front desk got no explanation or apology or alternative. Got a cheeseburger at the restaurant in the lobby extremely long wait mostly ignored. Definitely recommend avoid this place.
Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Particularly, Tamesha Hawkins, the front desk clerk, was so friendly. Got stuck in ATL due to a canceled flight and was SOOOO tired and frustrated. Tamesha's friendliness and professionalism made my night a little better. The silver lining to a cloudy day.
We stayed recently to drop off of someone. Its near to airport, they have airport shuttle but cant rely on it. They have Tesla Destination charger but it was not working otherwise this could have been five star review. Rooms are specious and clean. No complain about that.
