I reserved through the Wyndham app and decided to stay for the water park. We get there and check In. Easy parking , staff was very cheery and kind, explained about breakfast, the salsa bar place and their house bar. We had kind of a lengthy walk to our room. No biggie, us and the kiddo changed to go swimming. To our surprise we get there and the pool is closed. Hmm walked back up to the room and called guest services and asked about the pool.
