Stayed two nights and loved every moment. Staff was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. Room was airy with lots of natural light. The view of the Gulf was unbelievable. Highly recommend this resort!
We had a fantastic family vacation here! Clean room, safe environment, and quick access to sand. Our kids loved the pool and walking the beach. Lots of parking and great customer service. Truly a worry-free stay.
This guy and his manager Jessica B told me that my online reservation was good, we drove 3.5 hours from Houston and when we got there they told me that since it was passed a certain time we couldn’t check in. I had my whole family in the car and we got left stranded with no where to sleep. She cussed at me and was a rude lady over all. I will be taking further action and reporting both of these sad individuals to their corporate office. Very bad experience, won’t ever be making a reservation at this hotel ever again.
This hotel is filthy. The hallways are covered in pet urine stains and smells disgusting. If you are going to be a pet friendly hotel, then be prepared to clean up after them. What is the fee that you charge if not for “clean-up”?Housekeeping needs training as he does not know how to clean a room or make a bed. Bar staff should NEVER give themselves a tip without your permission. That happened to us and it was extremely unprofessional.
