Room had a visibly broken thermostat, debris on bed, stains on walls and carpet, bug on the ceiling and holes on the walls in hallway. There was a dog barking a few rooms down and 2 of 3 elevators for our floor weren’t working to go down to the lobby. For the price we paid I expected more, it was definitely run down and gross. The people at the pool seemed to be having a good time and the staff was friendly though.

We just stay last week for a couple of day sept 9th th 2026 and Never again will I stay at the Wyndham north resort. We had ants on the restroom floor and in the tub. We didn't have room service,we ask for towels, towels never came. Remote control didn't work my husband had to go down to ask for Batteries because the battery never came after calling. Very disappointing stay. I paid EXTRA for an ocean-view room with a balcony, only to find out the balcony door was LOCKED and I couldn’t even use it. When I spoke to management, I was told the previous guest had broken something on the balcony, so they locked the door. My issue is: WHY are you still charging guests extra for a balcony room when you already know the balcony cannot be used? Management gave me a $50 discount, but honestly, that did not make up for the condition of the room. The AC did not work properly, so the ... read more
