I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay. The hotel room was dirty and unacceptable, and when my wife and I requested a refund, the manager, Jessica, was very rude and unprofessional. She took our complaint very personal. There were brown smudges on the tissue role, hair in the bed, dirt on walls and floor. She refused to process a refund unless we first went to look at another room and essentially held us there. She also warned us not to post a review online, which was very concerning. 1 star for customer service. Whoever the young girl is working at the front desk needs to have an attitude adjustment. She claims she is also the manager, which is scary. She was rude, disrespectful, and made me never want to stay there. This has nothing to do with not giving information; it was HOW your staff responded. Completely unprofessional.
