I stayed here before and was very pleased however, my last stay in November 2025 Was not very good. Some of the staff were very rude and during my three day stay, my room was not cleaned or serviced.
Everything you could ask for in a hotel. Easy check in. Clean, comfortable, great location and nice staff. No fuss.
This was an overall great experience for our weekend family trip. The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant. The only thing that made me give 4 stars is the room I booked was advertised as a pool view but it really wasn't. It was a main level balcony 4 rooms away from the pool so it was close but not really a pool view.
My room's ac/heater blew hot air even when turned off. Called front desk several times no answer. No complementary breakfast and on site restaurant opens at 0800. Unfortunately this was a business trip, and 0800 is just too late.
