We booked two rooms they were sub-par on clean and the second room was upcharged for not to our knowledge and when we called on it the staff and manager were very rude and unwilling to help with the issues
Pretty terrible experience with billing and a manager. Hotel was booked through a 3 party app. Hotel didn’t recognize our reservation and charged twice for the room. Manager was extremely rude and interrupted me over and over again. When I said they needed to stop interrupting me they said “no, you need to listen to me” Just let me tell you what I’m seeing on our bank account and then you tell me what you think but stop interrupting customers.
