I loved the corner bedroom long suite. Loved the staff and the drinks. Wifi was impossible to connect to. I had to call them. It should not be this hard in a nice hotel.
The staff was super nice as soon as we arrived. When we got to the room it was a good size and we had a view of the street and buildings. The bed sheets had little tears in it but it was comfortable. The worse part was the shower, because it had someone else's hair along the shower walls. Not worth cleaning I guess
The hotel itself is absolutely 5 stars. Every hotel employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star review is because of the Hilton membership presentation. I’ve attended Bluegreen owner meetings for years and have never been treated this way. During the presentation, we were told we should stop coming to these meetings if we weren’t going to buy anything because it’s a waste of time.
