I booked a room and paid via Priceline 2 months in advance, however when we got to the hotel, there was no record of priceline having made the payment to the hotel. The next few hours were spent sitting in the reception on the phone with priceline while they figured this out. Neither the hotel nor priceline bothered to fix this proactively and waited for us to get there. After resolution, neither gave us any refunds or rebates for the inconvenience caused and gave us a perfunctory apology.

The bellhop Michael is amazing!! He has great energy and seems to love his job. The staff were all friendly and have a recommendation sheet for guest which is awesome! Meli Cafe is connected and we ate there twice it’s great food!

I would probably want to give them a five star. Only reason I didn't give them is because the carpets in the room is very dirty. Definitely should use the carpet cleaning service. Bed is also definitely at the end of shelf life, at least in the room I was staying. Another reason is a little bit off from the center, however that is also a positive. Surprisingly quiet. Loved my stay. Would come back and would recommend to anyone, including romantic getaway.
