Best staff we encountered . Been to Chicago several times and our first at the Hotel. The staff were helpful and Fun. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a great location to restaurants nearby Staff help you with recommendations etc All their recommendations were Great places. Staff help with arranging transportation also..Very friendly! We will return
Very comfortable hotel in an interesting area of the South Loop. Very convenient for public transportation or walking to the lake and up through the loop.
Everything was perfect, service was great and the rooms were perfect. We got a king size room and a suite. Both were clean and beautifully decorated. The only negative I would say is the beds are a little firm and the pillows are like a bag of rocks. Would come back again but if I do I would bring my own pillows or buy some.
