Wonderful staff and hotel! Everyone was so kind, generous, and thoughtful. The room was updated and seemed like it might have been newly renovated. The room was spotless, no dust, finger prints, or marks. The staff was lovely. The first night we couldn’t get our heat to turn on and they sent someone up immediately. Although the hotel facilities and services were satisfactory, our experience was seriously affected by the Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare team. We were deliberately misled into attending a timeshare presentation under false pretenses. As a result, we were forced to pay for transportation via Uber and lost a significant amount of valuable vacation time. My husband and I truly LOVED ! our stay at the blake. We stayed in the corner suite across from the fitness room. The view from our suite was relaxing; the tub was very big, bed was comfortable, and the lounging area was cozy. It’s near everything in the city, close to bridgeport, china town, everything! Oh and valet was fabulous. We’ll be staying here again!
