Underwhelming reception but the room was really nice
First time in Chicago and our experience at Blake Hotel was amazing! Starting with Alex at the front desk, he was so kind and attentive. Alex saved our morning by accommodating our stay and checking us in early. Throughout our whole stay staff was very friendly, housekeeping was always on point. Rooms were huge and very clean. In the lobby they always have water and a lounge area. Definitely would recommend, location is a little farther than the main strip but it was definitely quieter
Had a great stay at Hotel Blake! Shoutout to Joyce, Tim, and Alex at the welcome desk. They were helpful and very friendly. I’d stay here again. The room was clean and it’s close to main attractions in Chicago.
One of the elevators wasn’t working and it would take forever to call it so we would take the stairs. The room was small, but nice! I want to give a shout out to Amber who made our stay very pleasant and welcoming! Hopefully our next room is slightly bigger. Thank you Amber and her team!
I genuinely enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was really kind & helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful. I can’t think of a single complaint & I’d stay again
