Taijha was a great leasing agent. She helped me find the exact apartment that I needed. Very professional! I had minor issues upon move-in and she took care of them all IMMEDIATELY!!! 10/10 highly recommended!
MOLD!!!!, BROKEN APPLIANCES, BAD ROADS AND TERRIBLE TENANT SERVICE. IF ANYTHING BREAKS BE PREPARED TO FIX YOURSELF. DO NOT RENT HERE AT ANY PROPERTIES, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR REPAIRS THAT YOU EXPRESSED CONCERNED FOR VIA EMAIL WITH EVIDENCE. They cool, and quiet. I’ve been here for 2 years. I had a roommate and when they left they said i didn't qualify to have my own lease, because I didn’t have a 600 credit score. I didn’t have a 600 credit score 2 years ago neither did my roommate; mind you I am the main lease holder because they accepted my application when I first applied . I also make 3x the rent.
