I lived here since August 2024. Maintenance is good and office helpful
I’ve been here from November 2022 to September 2025, and it has gone downhill ever since last year. I’ve lived in 2 different apartments in building 3550. The apartments themselves are spacious, and that’s really the only pro. Everything is outdated, the carpets were disgusting when I moved a 1 bedroom, 1bath to a 2 bed 2 bath, and the whole place had very clearly had a child living there as their was fruit loops in the vents. I lived in this apartment more than seven years & I really appreciated I cool the people working as managers like Karla Southers & also Randy.
I just moved in beginning of May 2025. Rent pricing is decent for the area. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Office staff is nice. My only negatives are the residents but nothing unusual for apartment living. Overall I'd recommend living here.
