I just moved in beginning of May 2025. Rent pricing is decent for the area. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Office staff is nice. My only negatives are the residents but nothing unusual for apartment living. Overall I'd recommend living here.

This place is beyond horrible, had lived there for 10 years and it just kept getting worse. the rent increased 200% in the 10 years and nothing was ever updated in them. I lived in 2 different buildings and 3 seperate apartments, hoping that each one would get better. For the price you pay, you literally get nothing more than just basic appliances, bland layout, ugly carpet, and laminated flooring.
