Randy is a great maintenance man always looking to get stuff fixed! Karla the community manager was great about helping us solve a problem we had on the rent portal!

I’ve been here from November 2022 to September 2025, and it has gone downhill ever since last year. I’ve lived in 2 different apartments in building 3550. The apartments themselves are spacious, and that’s really the only pro. Everything is outdated, the carpets were disgusting when I moved a 1 bedroom, 1bath to a 2 bed 2 bath, and the whole place had very clearly had a child living there as their was fruit loops in the vents.
