I am contacting BBB and the reason I am giving a zero-star review is due to an ongoing work order that has not been resolved for about 11 months. WYNDCLIFF GALLERIA This complex is so missed managed and has the most disrespectful employees it doesn't make any since. I have been unfortunately living here since 2018. From my knowledge this complex has had three different owners. The year I moved in they switched my apartment from a requested downstairs to a upstairs. Wyndcliff is a place no one should ever want to rent from! I moved here from Illinois, so naturally I needed to find a place to live before making it here. When I began my search I started online and Wyndcliff happened to be the first complex which caught my eye. Online this place is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. I checked out the schools in the area which also are great being that I have a 15 year old son in high school.
