It is a very pleasant place to live.

Place is OK with some activities and reasonable cleanliness. Manager is rarely there, so good luck speaking with her. Tried to close out my Mom's apartment inspection after she died and the manager was a no-show. They charged us rent for the 2 days before we could reschedule! Would not recommend; there are much better independent living apartments to live in town at this cost.
They lose old people sometimes but good for the most part! :)
