I just looked at an apartment and Kia was so sweet. Very nice :) Thank you so much for all the information she gave me about the apartment. Excited to hopefully move in in feb.
Washer and dryer not included EVEN though the online tours show that there are washer and dryers in the units.
Very Peaceful And Safe Place To Live...I Have Been Living Here Since 17 Months Now. Leasing Office & Maintenance Staff Are Responsive And Quick Enough To Address Any Issue...
They don't give a f which has its ups and downs, you can decorate however you want there's no rules on that so that's cool but, if anything ever needs to be replaced expect to be purchasing & repairing it yourself because they REFUSE & no they won't take it off your rent. Laundry rooms always have broken machines and they make it very difficult to get a refund when the washer or dryer you try to use won't work.
