Dr. Wyman and her entire staff are friendly, upfront and understanding. I am so glad I decided to go with her. It is worth the 40 minute drive!
Dr Wyman and her staff are fabulous! My daughter has been under their care for over a year and we always have excellent service from the front desk to the doctor. They know how to deal with children and are very professional.
Dr. Wyman is honest and not trying to take you for a financial ride, which I appreciate. She met with my son and told me he wasn't ready for orthodontics. She helped us greatly with a retainer issue with my daughter. I appreciate the text reminders for appointments.
Both my daughters are patients of Dr. Wyman. They have received excellent care by both Dr. Wyman and the office staff. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful with our needs or concerns regarding care. We highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontic office that provides both excellent care and a friendly, caring atmosphere.
This office is awesome. Everyone is very friendly Dr. Wyman is a very nice person and an excellent doctor.
I took a personal day from work for my daughters initial appointment for braces. They waited until an hour an a half before her scheduled appointment to call and cancel due to a scheduling conflict. They didn't seem apologetic, or care that I didn't plan on rescheduling the appointment, or that I took a personal day for this appointment. If I had waited to cancel my appointment an hour an a half before hand, I'm sure I would have seen a bill for it. I would not recommend this business.
Very seldom does Dr. wyman discuss treatment with you . It's almost always the staff and if you have a question to discuss with her good luck. She does NOT return phone calls. My daughter went there for 6 years and I would not recommend her. Wish I had switched to a different orthodontist for treatment. i will say my daughters teeth do look great but it was not a fun 6 years there.
