Started off well. He was helping us with our apartment until we he a snag and put everything on pause. We are now told we can 100% sell, got the green light and we immediately called Cameron only to be completely blown off. We even stated in our messages if he wasn't interested, to simply let us know, no hard feelings, and again, he blew us off. Sad and unprofessional.
Even though we ultimately didn't get the apartment we applied for, Cameron was an absolute joy to work with. He was able to set up a tour within a few hours of calling and was extremely responsive and helpful. He included all relevant information during a thorough tour of the unit and was able to answer all our questions. I'd definitely recommend working with him!
Cameron has the professionalism that looks after not just for Landlords, but also for prospective tenants. He is responsive and helps with whatever he can regardless he makes a transaction or not. After using Cameron, we have decided that we don't need another broker because we have the Ace already!!
