I recently stopped by Wylie & Rum Caribbean Kitchen in East Atlanta, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, is well-lit, and sits right on a busy street in a convenient central location that's easy to find. For my meal, I ordered the mojo chicken with yellow rice, and started with the shrimp fritters as an appetizer. Edit: our usual spot before a show around atl. sat for 15 mins and wasnt even offered water. Just got up a left so we wouldnt miss our shoe, still wasnt acknowledged. Love this place! Drinks a great and food is amazing. I love all the sides that come with the dishes.
my first visit here was 2 years ago, came back after that break and everything still holds up. delicious, great service, amazing vibes.
I didn’t even want to write this review because my experience was not based off the food or vibes. The black, bald head, short male who I came to find out name is Freddie gave a bad impression of this restaurant. I came to this place late at night needing to use the restroom because of my bladder condition. Freddie approached me and my friend and I explained to him I just needed to use the bathroom.
