I went here in the afternoon and the lady upstairs told me I couldn't bring my daughter in her stroller (I was on the walking track). Nobody told me this before i got in the elevator. To add the childcare center had nobody there so I couldn't drop her off. I got the day pass to try this place out and I dont think I'll be back.
My family and I absolutely love our Wylie rec center. Everyone is so amazing with our boys. They are genuinely nice people. It’s always clean and stocked and they offer a lot of activities for all ages.
As a long-time resident and past member of the Wylie Recreation Center, I have always appreciated this community space and the people who work there until now. My recent encounter with staff member Mary, blonde hair, Older woman was one of the most disrespectful, humiliating, and unacceptable experiences I have ever had at a public facility. Have been taking my grandson here for two summers for the robotics . Great place and feel safe for him.
