Very friendly and thorough.
I wanted to give a high rating because my experience with the staff was excellent. The nurse and front desk team were outstanding, professional and efficient. I was seen promptly, the plan of care was clearly explained, and the patient education I received was thorough. However, I feel it’s important to share a serious concern regarding billing. Wylie ER is out-of-network with all insurance providers, and unfortunately, this has major cost implications. Despite having insurance, I am expecting to pay over $3,400 for IV fluid... read more
Amazing experience from everyone at this location! The Doctor and Nurses are so thorough and caring and take the time to explain every detail. The customer service level of the front desk employee was above and beyond. She was so friendly, kind and patient. Thank you all so much!!!
