This was my first time going to the ER, I was able to complete the paperwork online before heading there which made it a breeze when I checked in. I was met with great care the minute I walked through the door. The facility is beautiful. I was in and out super quick, from the front desk, nurse, Doctor and staff, i was there for an hour. While I dont recommend a brad nail through your finger, I would highly recommend this ER should you need it!!! DIY and power tools might have won this round, Wylie ER saved the day!!!!

Wonderful doctors and nurses and staff.friendly.you get seen quickly.they take insurance.i saw Dr Steven Hoel.he was caring and I got a prescription and hopefully my bad sinus infection will start to dissipate in a few days.will recommend Wylie ER to everyone. THANK YOU!! EXCELLENT!
I presented to this ED with stroke-like symptoms—left sided weakness, hypertension, shortness of breath… they put me in a room for 30 minutes and all they did was check my blood pressure. It was horrible. I left because I was really concerned about what I was feeling and it wasn’t getting better so my mom drove me to Baylor Scott and White Emergency room over on 544 and they immediately called the stroke team and had me in CT within 3 minutes of arrival.
