Three weeks ago, I called and requested a haircut appointment with Chelsea for 09/06, emphasizing this date as I was traveling for a wedding on 09/07. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially asked me to wait for Chelsea, but later informed me that I had no scheduled appointment. They merely apologized without acknowledging their error.Poor customer service. But very happy with Chelseas’s cut.
I am at Wyldflower every 4-5 weeks for my appointment and I always look forward to that time. All of the stylists are amazing people and extremely talented. Great atmosphere to relax and take a breather when it’s a crazy week and I always leave feeling beautiful!
