He listen to what was going on with me. He explained what could be going on, then he did the exam. Explain what was happening and the course we would take. I received a message at about 7:30 with a response from him. I was like I like that. He didn't wait to the next business day. He reach out to me when he got the results, that made me feel special or like I wasn't just a patient
He was very thorough and I liked the fact that he recorded the visit for my protection and his. The only thing I would have changed is the fact that there was no cervical cancer screening because now Humana Insurance has gone ahead and scheduled me an appointment with another provider just for that. But I am requesting more information on the issue.
