I lived at the Wyeth for a long time. First, the good: the location can't be beat. Maintenance is fantastic and responsive. The common spaces are great. Though the buildings had some small problems over the years (broken heating system, air conditioner struggling, water leaking in the balcony doors) I stuck around for years because every building has problems and the place was overall worth it. You did write strongly, I didn't say anything bad about anyone, I just wrote that I lost my job for so many years that I liked working in that place, very good tenants with me and that they fired me from my job when I needed it most. A third child had been born to me. I contacted them, they contacted me so I could delete it and delete it and it doesn't say anything bad, shame on you.
My husband and I just moved from The Wyeth to our new house, but we will miss it for sure! The tenants were wonderful (a few we will stay friends with). April and Mark also always went out of their way to help us when we needed it and made us feel like we were part of a community... which is hard to find when renting. We also moved there from Texas, so April was super helpful to us as we were trying to find a rental virtually. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who asks.
