The Afro American lady at the front desk with the glasses is so rude I walked in off the street on my way home and asked to use the bathroom and she just turned her head we don't have public bathroom and went about her business smh 🤦

Honestly there service is great I was born here , I gave birth here as well and had surgery the service and support was amazing only negative thing to expect is the wait time , everything takes pretty long at wyckoff hospital even just to get discharge papers but besides that it’s pretty good
Went to a podiatrist here and it was a disaster. They got me to come back for my follow up appointment before the x-rays and blood tests had come back so I paid another $200 "co-pay" just for her to tell me to come back a third time and pay again. I got no answers about my health issue after paying over a thousand dollars in "co-pays". To add injury to insult, two years later I got a collections letter for an additional $60 that they never contacted me about prior. The billing department were uncontactable.
