Service manager Dirk sucks. Very rude to me on the phone. Doesn’t tell anyone upfront what kind of charges you’ll have. They’ll just do the work and if you question you about the charges, they’ll go take the part back out of your A/C unit. What a waste of time for a company to run like that.
