I’m pretty disappointed with the service we received recently. We brought our 1st dog’s remains here two years ago and we were given proper and cost effective options on how to deal with her cremation. This time around we had to put our 2nd dog to sleep and the options given were alot higher (and I am not talking about what is needed for the procedure, as the first dog had already passed on by the time we brought her in) and we were told the option we were looking for (ink plaque) was not available. I've recently been taking my new cat Murdoch to Wychwood Park Animal Hospital and it's been great! Dr. Levine, and more recently Dr. Karen MacMillan, have been super helpful with a general checkup and also monitoring Murdoch's ear infection. I've found that they're very knowledgeable and friendly, and I'm able to get an appointment when needed. The front desk staff have also been impressive - getting all of our files correct and coordinating appointments based on feedback from the vets. Highly recommend.
I was robbed blind repeatedly even though I asked politely no to be. Told to drop my sick cat off for a couple of hours and was met with thousands of dollars in bills never once run by me ahead of time. Now that I've been to a good vet I realize how badly I was scammed. I'm sorry.
We love Dr. Mike Levine and the team at Wychwood Animal Park Hospital. Dr. Levine offers very practical advice and takes the time to explain all the treatment options available to your pet. I have since moved further away from his clinic but I will always make the trip to bring my dog to him. Wychwood Animal Park Hospital is one of the few remaining independently own vet clinics in the city and I will always support it.
I trust them with my cat Emmerson, and that is as much as I can ask for.
