Tanya sold me a house with a bad furnace. The company she had flip houses for her must have rushed the job. Im dealing with gaps in windows to fire alarms not wired right. But the biggest kicker is that the furnace doesnt work. They sent multiple people to fix it trying to patch the job. I had two of my own come in. Bowman said it is unsafe. When they tried to fix it they found out that tape was put over co2 holes. The put a new ac unit on a 70 year old furnace. 8000 more dollars when they made 205 thousand on this house. Never deal with Kathleen. She was always late sending in paperwork. I had to repeat myself multiple times to get her to do it. She went on vacation and still did not due her job. She tried treating me like a child. She told me I was unprofessional. I was not the realtor. The seller was supposed to pay 100% of the closing costs. She even emailed my mortgage company stating that. I ended up paying 8/10 of the closing. She also emailed my bank stating I was low income. BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!!! We purchased a home with a ms. Vivian, she guided my mother through the purchase, neglected to disclose an illegal unit attached to the property, she presented the unit as legal and belonging to the property being purchased, there were no permits for the unit and the unit was improperly built over the neighboring property’s property line.
