Never deal with Kathleen. She was always late sending in paperwork. I had to repeat myself multiple times to get her to do it. She went on vacation and still did not due her job. She tried treating me like a child. She told me I was unprofessional. I was not the realtor. The seller was supposed to pay 100% of the closing costs. BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!!! We purchased a home with a ms. Vivian, she guided my mother through the purchase, neglected to disclose an illegal unit attached to the property, she presented the unit as legal and belonging to the property being purchased, there were no permits for the unit and the unit was improperly built over the neighboring property’s property line.
