I bought my house 30 years ago and it had been abandoned for a while before that. The plumbing was unusable. We had a family member fix everything on a budget. Late one evening I had a sudden complete backup of my main drain line making my toilet overflow along with the bath tub, vanity sink and kitchen sink not draining. I remembered hearing a radio ad in which Wyatt Works guaranteed to open a clogged line for only $93--and if they weren't able to do so, the service call was free. We just had a terrible and incredibly stressful experience with WyattWorks. We have heard all their commercials on 95.5 the fish radio, so we called them to deal with our drain blockage last Sunday. The technician came out Monday morning. Firstly, we were quoted $1100 to snake and put a camera down our drain. Then the technician decided NOT to go through the clean-out drain, but to snake the drain in the floor under the utility sink, which has a trap. I give 5+ stars to WyattWorks. Everything from scheduling an appointment and the fast response time, to the technicians who came out to fix our problem was professional. Dan the drain expert fixed our problem faster than we could have hoped for. We will definitely keep WyattWorks at the top of our list for any future work.

Wyatt Works is top notch. Customer Rep very responsive, knowledgeable. Kevin is excellent, professional and an expert plumber. I have been very happy with Wyatt and their employees. It's a good sign when employees clearly like their employer and their jobs.

Ricky came to our home on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work. He looked at my extensive list of things to do in our new to us home. He gave us upfront pricing on everything and even got our kitchen faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed and water run to the fridge for the ice maker today! We are looking forward to having them back soon to replace our 1984 hot water tank (which they usually only last 10 years) before we wake up one day to cold showers. Left a big pile of dirt in my yard. When I asked them to put it back the way it was they told me it would be another $2000 for landscaping. Total cost was $6600 to clear a pipe with a snake and to repair a couple broken sewer pipes! I feel like I got robbed and still can't believe the mess they made of my yard.
