Best appraisal company! The Wyatts know the market and treat each customer with courtesy and respect.
Patrick was very insightful and professional. In my conversations with him it quickly became clear he had a deep knowledge base of the properties he was servicing. He was always quick to reply to correspondences and completed his appraisal when he said he would. Should the need arise I would most certainly use his services again.
